Design, Construction Documents, Bidding/Permitting, and Construction Contract Administration Phases for the interior tenant build-out for the three-story MOB at Dr. Phillips, Spring Lake Complex.

Project Description

Our team successfully designed the interior tenant build-out in one of Florida’s first full-service outpatient medical pavilions. The first floor features space for a food vendor and pharmacy, both designed as “White Boxes” for future tenant build-out, along with Diagnostic Radiology and Physician Time Share Space. The second floor provides offices for Physician Associates and additional Physician Time Share Space, while the third floor is dedicated entirely to Physician Associates’ office space. Today, the medical pavilion offers additional services in cardiovascular care, internal medicine, laboratory services, neurology, and more.

KTH Architects collaborated with Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, which earned the Excellence in Construction Health Care Eagle Award for Central FL.
Orlando Health unveiled its KTH design of expanding women's health services beyond the walls of Winnie Palmer Hospital with the Spring Lake Medical Office Building. The facility provides comprehensive women’s health care, including screenings, diagnostics, family medicine, OB/GYN, and MFM.
Serving Dr. Phillips, Windermere, and Bay Hill, FL communities with a convenient location in Southwest Orange County.
