Jenn Zaffuto received a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College. After graduating, she worked with KTH, focusing on healthcare and public facilities, including a variety of medical office buildings, hospital clinics, and community and institutional facilities. After conducting a master plan and building addition project with the congregation of a historic church, Jenn became interested in the planning process and its impact on good design.
To advance her understanding of planning, public space, and urban design, Jenn attended graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating with her Master’s degree, she practiced in Pittsburgh before returning to KTH. While in Pittsburgh, her work focused on creating inclusive and inspiring spaces for underserved communities with projects ranging from conventional architecture to urban design and organizational development.
As a Registered Architect and experienced planner, Jenn has focused on creating design solutions that engage the community and use participatory processes to articulate clients’ needs. Through her work with municipal, non-profit, and private clients, she advances projects using visual communication to help clients prioritize their needs and create great places to improve the quality of life for all people.
In 2019, Jenn became a shareholder at KTH Architects, recognizing her leadership in the advancement of high-quality design and project management as well as her dedication to the company’s ongoing success.
