STOLTZ CAR DEALERSHIP

The Stoltz car dealership project consisted of a 15,733 sf maintenance/repair/dealership addition onto their existing 13,697 sf dealership building. The new addition not only included a new dealership, it included a state-of-the-art maintenance and repair facility to serve both the new and existing dealerships.   The design not only had to take into consideration the layout of the existing building, but had the challenge of interaction and space allocations of two competing dealerships in one facility.  This facility can service up to 20 vehicles at a time and has the necessary mechanical and electrical system to support the operation.
