Orlando Women’s Health Pavilion

As the demand for accessible, patient-centered healthcare continues to grow in Central Florida, Orlando Health has taken a major step forward with the development of its new Medical Pavilion at Winter Park. Designed in collaboration with KTH, this two-story, 20,800-square-foot outpatient clinic brings a wide range of essential services under one roof—improving convenience and continuity of care for patients in the Winter Park community.

Strategically located near the intersection of W. Fairbanks Avenue and Orlando Avenue, the new facility expands Orlando Health’s footprint in a rapidly growing part of the city. With its clean, modern design and thoughtfully planned layout, the medical pavilion serves as a welcoming and efficient destination for both routine and specialty care.

The new building offers a diverse array of healthcare services, including:

  • Imaging and diagnostic testing

  • Laboratory services

  • Cardiology and oncology care

  • Aesthetics and reconstructive procedures

  • Pediatric services

  • Adult specialty care

This outpatient model supports a more integrated approach to healthcare, allowing patients to access multiple services in a single location—often within the same visit. The building’s design supports this goal, with flexible clinical spaces, clear wayfinding, and comfortable, patient-focused interiors.

For KTH, this project represents more than a medical facility—it’s an investment in the health and wellness of a growing, diverse community. We’re proud to work alongside Orlando Health to create environments that prioritize both quality care and a positive patient experience.
