Project Description
Our team successfully managed the complete renovation of an airport terminal, including the addition of three new stories. The project was carefully phased to ensure uninterrupted flight operations, keeping the airport fully functional throughout construction. Adhering to FAA regulations, we followed public bid procedures and were honored with an engineering award from the PennDot Bureau of Aviation upon completion.
KTH Architects design the original terminal building in 1995 when the airport was dedicated to local golf legend, Arnold Palmer.
The new expansion will accommodate over 1,000 passengers with ample seating and amenities including, bars, restaurants, and gift shops
In 2023, the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport handled almost 100,000 passengers
