Project Description

KTH Architect’s contemporary design satisfied the City and Client’s goal of featuring a modern structure at the site and it was approved under a variance by the City of Winter Park. The City of Winter Park considered this prominent site the “City Gateway” as it’s situated at the intersection of Fairbanks Avenue and South Orlando Avenue/17-92. Feature spaces and elements include a Community Meeting Room and an Outdoor Activity Patio.

This is part of the Orlando Health family of Ambulatory Healthcare Pavilions.
This new facility houses Physician Associates Clinics primarily focused on Women, including Women's Oncology, Women's Health Time Share, Laboratory, Imaging including Ultrasound and Mammography, and Cardiology.
90% of Winter Park Women's Pavilion's physicians are women.
