Project Description
KTH helped complete this grounds-up, private project. The new executive offices and private jet hangar was placed on a leased airport parcel. As the lead firm on this project, KTH provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil engineering needs.
By utilizing fast-track design-build and fast-track permitting, this project was designed and constructed within 11 months as required by the client.
The hangar doors is 200ft wide by 28ft high and the hangar has 220ft open clear span for large aircraft maneuvering.
The hangar is protected by a foam fire protection system.
